Matcha Shake is a natural bioenergy drink based on matcha tea and organic whey, whose flavour is balanced by the addition of organic dried mango. It is sweetened with organic rice syrup, a natural sweetener which, thanks to its low glycaemic index does not burden the pancreas. Compared with regular sugar, it does not over-acidify the stomach (it has a higher pH) and does not contribute to the leaching of certain minerals from the human body. Organic whey improves metabolism and thus helps to remove toxic substances from the body.

HOW IS BIO MATCHA SHAKE PREPARED?

The ideal helper for preparing Bio Matcha Shake is a shaker, or alternatively a bottle that can be sealed. For the cold version, simply pour the shake into the shaker, add 2 dl of cold water and shake well. If you prefer the hot version, pour hot water at a temperature of approx. 60 °C over the shake and shake well. Our tip! It tastes great shaken with cold almond or rice milk.
