    Himalayan salt is mined in Pakistan and is one of the most nutritionally valuable salts; it is also suitable for baths and body peeling. It contains many trace elements and minerals such as magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iodine, selenium and copper. The pink colour of Himalayan salt is due to its iron content.

    Use:

    • bath salt (2-4 tablespoons / 2-3x per week
    • foot bath (2 tablespoons / 2-3x per week
    • seasoning food
