Preparation

Cold
Mix the powder with water (2 dl) and shake thoroughly. For cold preparation, use a shaker or a plastic bottle.

Hot
Pour hot water (2 dl) at a temperature of approx. 60 °C over the powder and stir thoroughly. A shaker is the ideal helper for hot preparation.

What is Bio Matcha Shake? 

Matcha Shake is a completely natural bioenergy drink based on Matcha tea, characterised by a gradual onset of energy with a long-lasting effect. The balanced drinking experience is complemented by the addition of organic dried apricots.
It contains organic rice syrup, which has a pleasant taste. Rice syrup is a natural sweetener which, thanks to its lower glycaemic index, does not burden the pancreas. Compared with regular sugar, it does not over-acidify the stomach (it has a higher pH) and does not contribute to the leaching of certain minerals from the human body.
Another ingredient the drink contains is organic whey. This contains a whole range of vitamins and minerals. Whey is beneficial to the human body, improves metabolism and thus helps remove toxic substances from the body. It is equally effective in helping to lower cholesterol. It prevents inflammation of the stomach and intestines, and supplies the body with important minerals.
Bio Matcha Shake contains no gluten, no palm fat and is free from refined sugar.
