Butter chicken, or "Buttered Chicken", is one of the most famous and popular blends for Indian chicken curry. This Indian curry is characterised by a creamy, only lightly spicy sauce. To achieve the right flavour, add sweet cream, melted ghee butter and the Indian chicken blend "Buttered Chicken" to the sauce. 

Although this blend is specially designed for preparing butter chicken, its use is much broader. Try adding it to vegetarian dishes such as lentil dhals, yoghurt-based sauces, or even baked potatoes. This blend is your secret trick for creating various dishes with a touch of India.

How to prepare the perfect butter chicken with Butter Chicken Masala blend?

1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan (traditional clarified butter). Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden.

2. Add the chicken pieces and lightly brown them on all sides.

3. Sprinkle in our Butter Chicken Masala blend (to taste) and mix well so the meat is nicely coated with the spices.

4. Add crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce and let it simmer for a while.

5. Pour in cooking cream and let everything gently simmer together until the flavours are perfectly combined.

The result is a mild, aromatic and creamy dish that you and your loved ones will love.
