This product has received the prestigious KLASA award, given by the Minister of Agriculture only to the most honest and highest-quality Czech products.

The loose mix is combined with cold water, left to stand, and then baked in the microwave. The healthy cake is ready in about 6 minutes. It tastes best while still warm, but it can also be prepared in advance for a trip, school or work. The oat mug cake is high in fibre and contains beta-glucans, which lower blood cholesterol levels. It is gluten-free and free from palm oil.

Ingredients: Gluten-free OAT flakes 50%, sugar, ground flaxseed, dried EGGS, chocolate chips (sugar, dried full-fat MILK, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, dried whey, emulsifier: soya lecithin) 5.6%, olive oil, corn starch, raising agents (potassium bitartrate, sodium bicarbonate), plant fibre, flavouring, sea salt, thickener (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). May contain traces of tree nuts and sesame. Maximum gluten content 20 mg/kg.
