A tea blended from several types of herbs that support healthy liver and gallbladder function. It contains, for example, nettle, dandelion and liquorice root.

Nettle is a herb with a higher content of vitamin C, B2 and provitamin A. It also contains amino acids, iron, calcium, magnesium and formic, oxalic or acetic acid. It is an excellent choice for strengthening the body's overall defences. It supports normal kidney function, improves joint condition, helps eliminate excess water from the body, speeds up wound healing and gives the body a refreshing boost.

In this herbal tea you will also find an extract from dandelion root and leaves. This supports normal function of the urinary system and contributes to healthy digestion and the function of the stomach and liver, and also acts as a prebiotic. It is often part of detox and cleansing diets.

Preparation: pour 4 dcl of boiling water over 1 sachet of the blend and leave to infuse for 8 minutes.

Recommended dosage: 1 cup of tea 2x daily.
