    A sticky spice made from wild pomegranates that grow in the southern Himalayas. It gives dishes a tart fruity flavour. Suitable for vegetable, legume and meat dishes.


    Anardana is a dried seed and crushed powder from a wild variety of pomegranate that grows in the southern Himalayas. The fresh fruit has a sour, pungent flavour.
    You can use anardana in salads, with legumes, but also with meat dishes - in marinades, sauces, minced meat, etc.

    Ingredients: single-ingredient ground pomegranate spice.

     

    Country of origin India. Packed in England.
    Store in a cool, dry place.
