In the small bottle you'll find oils of eucalyptus, pine, cinnamon and citronella. Together they create an incredibly pleasant-smelling blend. The substances contained in these oils have a beneficial effect on the airways. Inhaling the oil blend will help clear a blocked nose and also relieve headaches. The blend of herbal oils is also suitable for stiff muscles and bruises.

Use: For colds, it can be applied to the forehead, neck, nape, nose, chest, spine or legs. Alternatively, it can be used for inhalation. When applying to the skin, avoid the eyelids. For muscle stiffness, sprains and bruises, apply to the affected areas and massage into the skin. Warming the skin with a bath or steaming will speed up the improvement of the problems. Keep the affected areas warm and repeat the process every 3 hours.
