Ingredients: OAT flakes 52%, dried skimmed MILK, whey protein concentrate 14%, chocolate 2% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin)), olive oil, sugar, soluble 1%, flavouring. The product may contain traces of eggs, tree nuts and sesame.

Instructions for use: Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl or mug. Add 60-70 ml of hot water or milk and stir well. Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes and consume immediately.
