General characteristics: Scots pine essential oil is known for its energising and warming effects. It stimulates the mind, invigorates the whole body and thus helps, especially in autumn and winter, to maintain good condition and vitality.

Tip for a cold (diffusing):
2 drops pine + 2 drops eucalyptus + 2 drops lavender (half the amount for children and smaller spaces). Diffuse for approx. 30 minutes.
Tip for strengthening the nervous system (studying, zest for life, grounding, boosting self-confidence) – diffusing:
2 drops pine + 4 drops bergamot – Diffuse for approx. 30 minutes.
Tip for muscle massage, not just for athletes (massage blend):
2 drops pine + 4 drops lavender + 1–2 tbsp carrier oil (e.g. grapeseed or almond). Mix and apply to the affected areas.
