Growing microgreens has never been so easy and fun. The set is designed to contain everything you need to grow this vitamin bomb. Its biggest special feature is a special substrate that turns into a gel once soaked. After that, there's no need to water it again!

Radish Microgreens

China Rose radish is packed with health benefits. It contains vitamins A, B, C, E and K, as well as folic acid, niacin, potassium, iron, phosphorus, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc and carotenes.

What's the process?

Pour in the absorbent - this is a potassium-based substance with fantastic absorbent and antiseptic properties
Pour water into the bowl - fill to about 1 cm below the rim; don't worry about pouring a little more or less
Sprinkle in the seeds - ideally straight from the packet, so they don't come into contact with your hand
Cover with the lid for about two days - the seeds will crack open and the first leaves will start to grow, but watch out! The seedling becomes covered in fine "root hairs - aerial rootlets"; don't mistake them for mould :)
Enjoy! Trim just above the absorbent layer. We recommend cutting the microgreens completely after a few days and placing them in a covered bowl in the fridge. They will stay fresh there for another week.
