Microgreens are plants that are harvested and eaten at the very beginning of their growth, as the first pair of leaves. They are often referred to as "superfoods" because they contain far more vitamins and nutrients than ordinary vegetables. In some cases, the difference is several times greater. Microgreens are also very healthy and tasty. They make a great addition to sandwiches, salads and many other dishes.

GROWING MICROGREENS: NOTE! The substrate should not be too wet throughout the growing process. 1. Fill a flat container with soil, then level it and water it. 2. Sprinkle the seeds densely over the entire surface. 3. Spray with water twice a day and grow for 2-3 weeks. Cut the plants once they have formed their first leaves.
