GROWING MICROGREENS: NOTE! The substrate should not be too wet throughout the growing process. 1. Fill a flat container with soil, then level it and water it. 2. Sprinkle the seeds densely over the entire surface. 3. Spray with water twice a day and grow for 2-3 weeks. Cut the plants once they have formed their first leaves.
