Psyllium obtained from Indian plantain. A natural product of purely plant origin obtained from the seeds of psyllium (Plantago ovata) serves to cleanse the entire body, especially the digestive system. Psyllium consists of the husks of Indian plantain seeds that have undergone a thorough cleaning process.
Psyllium is a natural fibre with no strong taste. In traditional Indian medicine, psyllium has been used since ancient times to cleanse the digestive system. In liquid it swells and increases in volume up to tenfold. Psyllium then passes through the digestive system whole, without its structure changing. This results in the cleansing of the intestines. Psyllium also helps with problems with constipation. Psyllium is not a medicine.

Ingredients: Indian psyllium seed husks (Plantago ovata) - whole seed
Dosage: 5 – 10 g (1 – 2 tablespoons) – divide the daily dose throughout the day.
Mix 1 – 2 teaspoons with 2 dl of water, tea or other liquid and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Consume before meals. Psyllium can also be used in porridge, yoghurt or in dough when baking bread and pastries.
