According to gemstone therapy, the chosen crystals can help structure and revitalise drinking water, making it an integral part of any conscious lifestyle or practice.

Each stone in the Prana blend has its own energetic signature:

Amber – Associated with vitality and the flow of life energy (Prana). It is believed to lift the spirit and release negativity.

Amethyst – Traditionally associated with meditation (Dhyana) and emotional clarity. It is believed to focus the mind and encourage inner peace.

Chalcedony – Said to support harmony and the alignment of body and mind, improving balance and posture (Asana).
