    Rose water in Ayurveda

    Rose water is tridoshic, but it is especially effective at balancing Pitta, when it is particularly useful in summer, as it cools heat in the skin and blood. It also soothes redness and irritation of the skin or burns.

    Ingredients: water, rose aroma

    Storage: Store in a dark, cool place, at a sufficient distance from strongly aromatic foods. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
