ReCharge Gel is an energy gel containing isomaltulose, which is a source of glucose and fructose. It belongs to the slow-release carbohydrates, and therefore provides the body with a stable, continuous supply of energy. Isomaltulose also has a lower glycaemic index (around 32–37) and causes a smaller rise in blood glucose levels. Consuming it instead of sugar also contributes to tooth mineralisation, and is therefore gentle on your teeth, protecting against tooth decay. Isomaltulose is an excellent source of energy for all active people who need recharge their batteries before delivering maximum performance, whether at training or at work.
ReCharge Gel is also enriched with BCAA amino acids as well as glycine, alanine and carnosine. The single-use gel pack will also surprise you with its refreshing taste and a long-lasting surge of energy.

Ingredients
Blackberry flavour: water, isomaltulose - Palatinose™ (source of fructose and glucose), glucose, thickeners (xanthan gum), taurine, glycine, L-leucine, L-alanine, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), L-isoleucine, L-valine, flavourings, preservatives (sodium benzoate, sorbic acid), L-carnosine, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose).
Dosage
During physical activity, take 1-2 sachets per hour. Consume a maximum of 4 sachets per day, immediately after opening.
