They have a high content of natural fibre (5.5 g per 50 g serving) and contain beta-glucans, which contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. To achieve the desired effect, 3 g of beta-glucans must be consumed daily. Remember to follow the basics of a healthy lifestyle and eat a healthy, balanced diet. The product contains 1.4 g of beta-glucans per serving (50 g).

Ingredients: OAT flakes 55%, sugar, olive oil, coconut fat, puffed rice, chocolate 4.3% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins), desiccated coconut 4.3%, agave syrup, ka fat content 0.8%, sea salt, natural flavouring. May contain traces of soya, milk and tree nuts.
