Preparation
Pour 200–300 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and let it steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on how aromatic and strong you want the tea to be. Sweeten to taste. For maximum effect, drink 2 to 3 cups a day.
Preparing iced tea
To prepare 1 litre of iced tea, use 5 tea bags, pour 2 cups of boiling water over them, cover and leave to infuse for 20 minutes. Then remove the tea bags, add 2 cups of cold water and leave to cool. For maximum effect, drink 3 to 5 cups a day.
