General characteristics: Grapefruit essential oil will be appreciated by anyone who needs to cleanse both inside and out. This oil is worth using to purify the air, in anti-cellulite products, but also as an effective antidepressant.

4 drops grapefruit + 2 drops peppermint – mix with 15 ml carrier oil (e.g. grapeseed or almond) – massage the stomach area clockwise
Tip for a bath for nervous exhaustion:
2 drops grapefruit + 2 drops lavender – mix with 1 tbsp carrier oil and add to the bath.
