General characteristics: Spearmint is similar to peppermint in many ways, but it is sweeter and gentler. That's why it is often also called sweet mint. This oil does not contain menthol (less than 1%), but is very rich in carvone. Spearmint is gentler and is a more suitable alternative for older children.
Therapeutic properties of the oil:

Tip for increasing concentration (diffusing):
- 2 drops spearmint + 2 drops lemon + 2 drops rosemary – diffuse for 30 minutes.
Important warning: Not suitable for epileptics. Do not use for a prolonged period (more than 10 days). Do not use if you have gallstones.
