Organic Rooibos is a naturally caffeine-free tea made from the South African shrub Aspalathus linearis. Unlike matcha, it contains no caffeine at all — you can drink it at any time, even before bed. A delicate, naturally sweet flavour with honey and vanilla notes.

Preparing Rooibos
Pour the contents of the sachet into a shaker and add water at 80–90 °C. Shake and enjoy. It also tastes great cold with ice.

Rooibos grows exclusively in the mountainous Cederberg region of South Africa. This unique shrub (Aspalathus linearis) cannot be grown anywhere else in the world. After harvesting, the leaves are fermented in the sun, giving them their characteristic red colour.
