Ingredients: Tulsi – holy basil (Ocimum sanctum) leaves 56.66%, Tulsi – sweet basil (Ocimum basilicum) leaves 28.33%, Brahmi – Asiatic pennywort (Centella asiatica) whole herb 10.00%, Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera root 2.50%, Moringa (Moringa oleifera) leaves 2.50%.

Preparation: Pour 300 – 400 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and leave to steep for 10 minutes, depending on how aromatic and strong you want the tea. Sweeten to taste. Not recommended with milk.
