Taste of the tea

The taste of Bio Matcha Delicacy is delicate, smooth and mildly sweet, with only a minimal hint of bitterness. The sweet taste comes from naturally occurring L-theanine, an amino acid, and plant fibres. Bio Matcha Delicacy contains up to 19.5 mg of L-theanine per 1 gram.

Colour of the tea

Bio Matcha Delicacy has an emerald green colour. The green colour results from harvesting in early May and high-quality hand processing of selected leaves.
