Preparation instructions

Into the bowl, add 1–2 scoops of chashaku (approx. 1–2 g) matcha, pour in 70–80 °C water (60–80 ml) and whisk with quick "W" movements for 15–20 seconds until a fine foam forms. Serve immediately.

Care

• After use, rinse the bowl and whisk with lukewarm water, without detergents.
• Not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave.
