    Product detailed description

    A carefully selected mix of radish and lentil seeds in the right ratio, so that the sharp flavour of the radish is balanced by the mild flavour of the lentil sprouts. Besides their flavour, these sprouts are notable for their high content of vitamins and mineral salts. Place the rinsed seeds in a clean container, cover with lukewarm boiled water and leave to stand for 3–6 hours. Then drain the water, rinse the seeds, cover the container with gauze, tie it and place it in a warm spot away from sunlight. After 4–5 days, the sprouts are ready to eat.
