Use
Fill the bottle with drinking water and, before drinking, it's best to let it stand in the bottle for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. In Ayurvedic tradition, this water is called Tamra Jal.

This can cause colour changes, such as brown or black shades, and can eventually even lead to the formation of a blue-green (patina) layer.
