Sulforaphane and shiitake mushrooms share some effects, but also differ in many respects.

Sulforaphane is a phytochemical found primarily in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower and radishes. Shiitake mushrooms are one of the types of mushrooms that are eaten and are known for their potential health benefits.

Antioxidants: Both contain substances with antioxidants that can help protect the body's cells from damage caused by free radicals and support health

Immune support: Shiitake mushrooms are known for their beta-glucan content, which can support the immune system. Sulforaphane may also have a positive effect on immune function

Ingredients: Activated glucoraphanin made from broccoli seed sprouts (Brassica oleracea italica) containing glucosinolates and myrosinase, AHCC (shiitake mycelium extract), anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (gastro-resistant capsule)

Does not contain: Gluten, yeast, wheat, corn, eggs, added sugar, starch, preservatives, peanuts or other nuts, fish or crustaceans, ingredients of animal origin.

Recommended dosage for adults: 1 capsule daily with food, taken with a sufficient amount of liquid
