    Product detailed description

    Psyllium obtained from Indian plantain. A natural product of purely plant origin obtained from the seeds of psyllium (Plantago ovata) serves to cleanse the entire body, especially the digestive system. Psyllium consists of the husks of Indian plantain seeds that have undergone a thorough cleaning process.

    Psyllium is a natural fibre with no strong taste. In traditional Indian medicine, psyllium has been used since ancient times to cleanse the digestive system. In liquid it swells and increases in volume up to tenfold. Psyllium then passes through the digestive system whole, without its structure changing. This results in the cleansing of the intestines. Psyllium also helps with problems with constipation. Psyllium is not a medicine.
     

    Ingredients: cleaned husks of Indian plantain seeds (Plantago ovata).


    Dosage: 5-10 g of Indian psyllium per glass of liquid.
    In India, psyllium is mixed with water, syrups, milk, fruit juices, or the yoghurt drink lassi.

    After opening, pour into a sealable container. Store in a dry place away from moisture.
