INGREDIENTS

Cold-pressed evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis), antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract (E306), capsule shell: bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol (E422), water.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Adults and children over 14 years: 3 capsules once daily.
CONTENT PER DAILY DOSE:

1 capsule contains: Oenothera biennis oil - 410 mg, polyunsaturated fatty acids - 338 mg, of which omega-6 (linoleic acid and γ-linolenic acid) - 335.5 mg

3 capsules contain: Oenothera biennis oil - 1230 mg, polyunsaturated fatty acids - 1014 mg, of which omega-6 (linoleic acid and γ-linolenic acid) - 1006.5 mg
