    Ingredients: Black cumin oil (Nigella Sativa), antioxidant (tocopherol extract), capsule shell (gelatine, glycerol, water).
    Source of omega-6: up to 2% thymoquinone.

    Black cumin oil – 230 mg
    including linoleic acid (omega-6) – 134 mg

    Instructions for use:

    Recommended dosage: adults and children over 14 years – 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily. Full instructions are provided on the packaging.
