Liver Kidney Care is a natural herbal preparation with a beneficial effect on liver and kidney function. It has a regenerative effect, protects the liver from the effects of harmful substances, contributes to better kidney function and to the elimination of gallstones and kidney stones. It affects the regulation of fat metabolism. It helps improve appetite during convalescence and contributes to the elimination of harmful substances from the body.

In traditional natural medicine, this original blend of herbs is used for its protective effect on the liver and digestive system, and it has antiallergic, anticoagulant and antioxidant effects.

It works against gallstones and kidney stones (94% success rate, based on the results of more than 100 studies) and stimulates gallbladder activity. It has antiviral and antibacterial effects and has a positive effect on liver inflammation (hepatitis). It supports liver function (the combination of Kutki and Bhumyamalaki has a proven effect on the liver).

How to take Liver Kidney Care

Are capsules, powder or tea more effective?

As a rule, capsules are the most effective and efficient way to take Ayurvedic herbs. The capsule form has higher efficacy due to the gradual release of the capsule's contents in the digestive tract, which means it's not necessary to take large amounts of the herb as with powders (churna) or teas. The capsule itself is made from plant cellulose, so it doesn't burden digestion and is also suitable for intolerances, such as coeliac disease.

Are crushed herbs or extracts more effective?

For Ayurvedic herbs, we always recommend taking crushed herbs as the first choice. Extracts are, in most cases, prepared from lower-quality herbs and therefore don't hold organic or eco certifications either, and in most cases they're also less effective. We always choose crushed herbs first for our range, as this is the traditional and higher-quality form in Ayurveda.

How should I take Liver Kidney Care?

In general, for less serious issues or preventive use, we recommend a dosage of 1 capsule twice a day. The dosage can be increased if necessary.

For acute or persistent issues, we recommend a dosage of 2 capsules twice a day.

Dosage
