General characteristics: Thanks to its unmistakable scent and wide range of uses, lemon oil can be used daily. You'll appreciate it for general aversion and moodiness as well as for an overall boost to the body. And you'll also appreciate it in the kitchen, when you don't have organic lemons on hand.
Therapeutic properties of the oil:
Immunity – bacteria, viruses, infections, moulds, parasites, inflammation

Tip for flu and colds (diffusing):
3 drops lemon + 3 drops eucalyptus/tea tree. Diffuse for approx. 30 minutes.
Tip for massage during pregnancy (from month 6) – massage blend:
3 drops lemon + 3 drops lavender – mix with 1 tbsp almond oil and massage reflex points or the lower back area
Tip for use in the kitchen:
Mix 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 drops lemon to season a salad or dressing, or to marinate meat.
Important warning: The oil is phototoxic. Avoid direct sunlight after applying it to the skin. We recommend storing the oil in the fridge after opening.
