Herbavitea Ayurvedic Herbal Tea is a food supplement – an instant herbal drink with a lemon-lime flavour, prepared according to an Ayurvedic recipe from 16 herbs and extracts, containing vitamin C from acerola. Intended for adults.

Approved health claims (vitamin C, 80 mg = 100% NRV):

• Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
• Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism.

Preparation: Pour 250 ml of hot water (90 – 95 °C, not boiling) over the sachet (4 g). Leave to infuse.

Ingredients – content per 1 serving (4000 mg): cane sugar 3470 mg, ginger (Zingiber officinale) extract 10:1 200 mg, acerola – Barbados cherry (Malpighia emarginata) 100 mg, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 80 mg (100% RVH), Evolvulus alsinoides extract 10:1 40 mg, Hedyotis herbacea extract 10:1 20 mg, Coscinium fenestratum extract 10:1 10 mg, Adhatoda vasica extract 10:1 5 mg, greater galangal (Alpinia galanga) 5 mg, ajwain (Carum copticum) extract 10:1 5 mg, coriander (Coriandrum sativum) extract 10:1 5 mg, cumin (Cuminum cyminum) extract 10:1 5 mg, liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) extract 10:1 5 mg, long pepper (Piper longum) extract 10:1 5 mg, black pepper (Piper nigrum) extract 10:1 5 mg, Premna herbacea extract 10:1 5 mg, Solanum xanthocarpum extract 10:1 5 mg. Natural flavouring: lemon-lime.
