ReHydrate isotonic drink is a refreshing concentrated drink containing selected vitamins, minerals, L-glutamine, taurine and and L-carnitine. It's a hypotonic sports drink, which, thanks to its fast absorption is ideal for hydration and delivering important nutrients during demanding sporting performance. Electrolytes such as the magnesium, calcium, potassium and sodium are commonly lost through sweating during intense or endurance activity, which is why they need to be replenished. As this is a concentrated blend of these substances, it needs to be diluted with water. You can enjoy it before physical exercise, during exertion or afterwards, during recovery.
Each of the substances it contains plays a specific role in the concentrate. Calcium and magnesium play an important role in the metabolism important for energy production, while magnesium also contributes to reducing exhaustion and tiredness. Ingredients
Lemon lime: Invert sugar, purified water, citric acid, maltodextrin, flavouring, magnesium citrate, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, L-carnitine, sweetener (acesulfame K), monosodium glutamate, potassium chloride, taurine, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sweetener (sucralose), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), preservative (potassium sorbate), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Dosage
Add 7.7 ml of concentrate to 5 dl of water, or 15.4 ml of concentrate to 1 litre of water (dilution ratio 1:65).
