Ingredients:
Water (aqua), glycerin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, propylene glycol, xylitol, flavouring, sucralose, zinc gluconate, Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice) rhizome/root extract, Zingiber officinale (ginger) root extract, Piper longum (long pepper) , Piper nigrum (black pepper) fruit extract, potassium sorbate, benzyl alcohol, cinnamal, eugenol.

How to use:

Take a small sip (approx. 1 tablespoon) of mouthwash.
Swish it around your mouth on an empty stomach for 5-20 minutes. If that's too long, start with 2-5 minutes and gradually build up with practice. The liquid increases in volume as it mixes with saliva and removes impurities from the mouth.
When finished, spit it out and rinse your mouth with warm water.
