Product detailed description
Colombian coffee is recognised worldwide for its excellent balance and full aroma. Grown in the heart of the western Andes in the Risaralda region, this Castillo variety coffee is synonymous with quality and a unique flavour profile.
We roast it to a Full City level, giving it a rich and powerful body with dominant chocolate and caramel notes, gently rounded off by minimal acidity and a hint of dried figs. The intense, bitter finish leaves a long-lasting experience in the mouth that will satisfy every coffee lover.
