What does Melatonin spray contain?

Melatonin
Contributes to a reduction in the time taken to fall asleep and helps alleviate the subjective feeling of fatigue associated with jet lag.

Passionflower extract

Use and ingredients

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE:
1–2 sprays (0.12–0.24 ml) directly into the mouth shortly before bedtime. Shake before use.

USE:
A beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of at least 0.5 mg of melatonin (1 spray), taken shortly before bedtime or after arrival in the destination time zone. For an effect on reducing the time taken to fall asleep, 1 mg (2 sprays) is recommended.

WARNING:
Not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. The product contains natural plant-based ingredients and excipients, so slight variations in colour or fine sedimentation may occur. These natural changes do not affect the quality of the product.

STORAGE:
Store at room temperature, upright, and protect from light. Best before: 12 months at temperatures up to 20 °C.
