How to use

1. Dry the skin before use. Cut open the foil pouch, remove the patch and peel off the protective paper from the central slit.
TIP: Be careful when peeling off the protective paper, as the patch may stick to itself
2. Apply the adhesive side of the patch to the area where you want the cooling effect
Use within 12 hours, do not apply heat on top of the patch
3. Gently remove using warm water to release the adhesive. Dispose of and replace with a new patch as needed.
