Start applying the patches a day or night before you need them. Or you can wait until the moment strikes!

How to use

1. Dry the skin before use. Cut open the foil pouch, remove the patch and peel off the protective paper from the central slit.
TIP: Be careful when peeling off the protective paper, as the patch may stick to itself

2. Apply the adhesive side of the patch to the area where you want the cooling effect

Use within 12 hours, do not apply heat on top of the patch

3. Gently remove using warm water to release the adhesive. Dispose of and replace with a new patch as needed.

Not recommended for use during pregnancy or for those planning pregnancy.
Do not apply to broken or irritated skin or near the eyes
Do not use if you have eczema or other skin conditions
If irritation or a rash occurs, stop using the patch immediately
If the problem persists, consult your GP.

Store at a temperature below 25 °C.
