Our TIP – recipe for a detox LYMPH massage oil for cellulite, water retention and fat deposits:

50 ml grapeseed or almond oil + 15 drops EO grapefruit, 5 drops lemongrass, 5 drops lemon, 5 drops juniper (or cinnamon, or ginger). Mix the blend thoroughly, massage it in a thin layer onto the problem areas (thighs, buttocks) and then roll over them several times in a row with the roller. The massage can be repeated daily, ideally after physical activity.

Before using the oil, we recommend doing a skin sensitivity test.
