    Direct inhalation of 100% essential oils.
    The SLEEP AND RELAX essential oil blend eases sleep problems, helping you fall asleep more easily in the evening and enjoy a fuller night's sleep. The blend is a great helper if you have trouble falling asleep in unfamiliar surroundings.
    Application: 3-5 times a day  
    Instructions: after opening, insert the inhaler into one nostril, block the other, and inhale deeply. Repeat with the other nostril.
    Ingredients: Lavender, mandarin, rosewood, marjoram, basil
    Volume: 1ml
