It is a single-ingredient product of the highest quality – 100% powder from the fruiting body, not from mycelium. Hericium, also known as "Lion's Mane" (lion's mane), is a unique mushroom with a distinctive appearance resembling a white, maned crown. Hericium (Hericium erinaceus) is an exceptional mushroom with a unique appearance that occurs naturally in the deciduous forests of Asia, Europe and North America. In Asian culture it has a long tradition as both a culinary and traditional ingredient. Today it is among the most intensively scientifically studied mushrooms in the world and is the subject of research at many prestigious scientific institutions around the world. ALTEVITA HERICIUM powder is made exclusively from the fruiting body of the mushroom – not from mycelium – which, in terms of active substance content, is considered the most valuable part of the mushroom.

📋 Method of use

Recommended daily dose: 1 level coffee spoon (approx. 2 g) daily. Maximum daily dose: 3 g.

Instructions for preparation: Stir 1 level coffee spoon of powder into approx. 100 ml of water, juice, or add to a smoothie.

It is recommended to take 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal.
