TIPS FOR USE AND SUITABLE COMBINATIONS:
Headaches – in combination with mint
Menstruation – 30 ml almond oil + 2 drops rose + 10 drops sage + 15 drops lavender
+ 3 drops geranium. Massage the lower abdomen 1-2 times a day, starting 3 – 5 days before the onset
of menstruation.
Digestion – 5 ml almond oil (1 tsp) + 3 drops lavender + 2 drops orange.
Massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction.
Diffusing - with oregano or thyme, or with sage and/or with
frankincense
For children - + orange, chamomile
For sensitive skin – with mandarin, for mature skin – with geranium and ylang ylang
