Why drink Matcha Tea?
Bio Matcha Tea Harmony is our flagship product and the most popular pack in our range. In terms of nutritional value, Matcha Tea is approximately 10 times stronger than regular green tea, and it contains a large proportion of antioxidants, amino acids and theophylline, which is tea caffeine. Theophylline is essentially tea caffeine, which, unlike the caffeine in coffee, is released gradually over 3-6 hours, having a more beneficial effect on the human body. Matcha Tea is the only tea that contains approximately 30% fibre.
What certification does our Bio Matcha Tea have?
Several, actually. Among the most important is the organic (BIO) mark. We received this mark back in 2012, and at that time we were the very first to apply for organic (BIO) certification for this type of tea. Since then, we have renewed it every year during inspections by the certification authority. Another certificate is the Certificate of Product Health Safety issued by the State Health Institute. Our supplier also holds quality certificates, the main ones being: JAS, OCIA, USDA, Bureau Veritas, ISO 9001, Kosher and others.
Is Bio Matcha Tea regularly tested?
Yes, we test every imported batch. Regular testing guarantees quality, not only for you but also for us. Quality is our top priority, and if you're planning to buy Matcha tea, be very careful when choosing it. In particular, cheap substitutes, which mostly come from China, do not have the same properties as the genuine tea from Japan. Ask sellers for current test results, which must always match the current batch of tea being offered.

Bio Matcha Tea originates in Japan, and packing into 2 g sachets is carried out by the company Čajová kvetina s.r.o. in the Czech Republic.
Preparation
Cold preparation:
Mix the tea with water (2 dl - 1.5 l to taste) and shake well. We recommend adding a few drops of lime, or a little fruit syrup for flavour. You'll achieve a great taste by combining Matcha tea with water and a base syrup. It is important that Matcha tea is always thoroughly mixed. For cold preparation, use a shaker or a plastic bottle.
Hot preparation:
Pour hot water (2 dl) at approximately 65°C over the tea (2g sachet) and mix thoroughly. A milk frother is an ideal helper for hot preparation. You can achieve a great taste by adding honey and lime. We also recommend serving with milk to soften the taste.
Our tip:
We offer a Matcha Tea shaker in our range. With it, hot preparation is easiest. Pour a portion of Matcha Tea into the shaker, add 1 dl of cold water and 2 dl of hot water. Then shake well. Before opening, it's important to first release the steam through the top lid. To soften the taste, add a few drops of lime or a teaspoon of honey.
