L-Carnitine Forte contains L-carnitine tartrate in the form of Carnipure (a quality trademark from Lonza) and ALC Acetyl L-Carnitine. Besides the usual benefits of carnitine, it also has a positive effect on concentration and focus.
Carnitine is an amino acid whose job is to transport fat into the mitochondria, where it is burned. It occurs naturally in the human body and in food, especially meat. However, carnitine is absent from plant foods. Carnitine is particularly useful during dieting and can help achieve diet and weight-control goals.
