AAKG is a supplement from the Swedish company Swedish Supplements, designed for those who want to experience maximum blood flow during exercise. Arginine, together with nitrate from trimethylglycine, helps dilate blood vessels by releasing nitric oxide, which causes them to expand. A greater vessel diameter results in higher circulation of fresh oxygen and nutrients, as well as better removal of waste products from the blood. Arginine also increases the production of so-called cyclic nucleotides, which are naturally present in muscle tissue, boosting amino acid absorption and improving blood circulation.

Dosage
