The food supplement is suitable for seasonal allergies (pollen, grasses), histamine intolerance, allergies to dust and dust mites, or allergies to certain animals (cats, dogs, birds, etc.)

For seasonal allergies to pollen and grasses, we recommend starting to take it at least 2–3 months before the start of the pollen season, ideally already in winter, so that you avoid the accompanying allergic symptoms during the pollen season (which often starts even before the official start of spring). The best effect is achieved when taken on an empty stomach.

Ingredients of the food supplement:

Perilla extract

Perilla has a strong harmonising effect on the immune system. It is used for allergies because it suppresses the release of histamine and strengthens the respiratory organs, which is appreciated by people with asthma, inflammation and allergic symptoms, but also with flu and other viral illnesses. With long-term use, it supports the body's resistance during allergy seasons, strengthens the airways and also relieves gynaecological problems – such as inflammation of the female organs. Women also appreciate it during menopause.

Perilla also helps with various digestive problems (constipation, stomach upsets, frequent belching, etc.)

Quercetin 95% extract

Quercetin extract is a rich source of the highly concentrated bioflavonoid quercetin. It is a powerful antioxidant and fighter against free radicals. It is one of the most common polyphenols in the diet, found naturally mainly in fruits such as apples, cranberries, cherries and grapes, and in vegetables such as onion, pepper, asparagus, etc., but it is also found in black and green tea.

In addition to its antioxidant effects, it also has proven anti-inflammatory effects, lowering the level of the inflammatory enzyme (the so-called COX2 enzyme, which promotes swelling and inflammation) and thereby also histamine production, supporting the health of the respiratory system and strengthening the body overall.

The strong quercetin extract meets the body's needs, as it is essential for the functioning of the human body. It strengthens immunity and is a versatile aid for many health problems (cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, and inflammatory and viral conditions).

Acerola

Acerola fruits are considered a superfood. They have a high vitamin C content (one of the most biologically available natural forms), which is useful for supporting immunity during intense physical exertion, but also contributes to collagen formation, the function of bones and muscles, teeth and gums, the reduction of fatigue, and the proper function of the nervous system.

Bromelain

Bromelain is another effective aid in the fight against allergies. This enzyme is found in tropical fruit – pineapple. Enzymes are an indispensable part of all biochemical processes in the body. The so-called proteolytic enzymes (which include bromelain) are of great importance, helping to ensure the correct responses of the human immune system and supporting the body's defence mechanism against inflammation.

Bromelain relieves inflammation of the sinuses, which manifests as swelling of the nasal mucosa, a blocked nose, and also coughing. Taking it therefore helps to relieve allergy symptoms (reducing swelling and the immune system's reaction to the allergen).

In addition, this important enzyme improves digestion overall, helps lower cholesterol, and helps dissolve deposits in the blood vessels; it is particularly appreciated by women troubled by cellulite. It is also suitable for overall convalescence after an illness or procedure.

Tulsi

Tulsi (Holy Basil) herb is considered in Ayurvedic medicine to be the "queen of herbs". You will appreciate its effects especially for respiratory tract conditions - bronchitis, asthma, flu, cough and colds, for supporting immunity – viruses, bacteria, parasites – and last but not least for its anti-inflammatory effects.

The food supplement is suitable for people with coeliac disease and diabetics, vegetarians and vegans. It contains no gluten, lactose, starch or preservatives.

Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules twice daily after meals. Take with plenty of water.
