Preparation
Pour 200-300 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and leave to steep for 10 minutes, depending on how aromatic and strong you like your tea. Sweeten to taste. Not recommended with milk. Suitable for drinking throughout the day, as it is caffeine-free. For maximum effect, drink 2 to 3 cups a day.
Preparing iced tea
To prepare 1 litre of iced tea, use 5 tea bags, pour 2 cups of boiling water over them, cover and leave to infuse for 20 minutes. Then remove the tea bags, add 2 cups of cold water and leave to cool. For maximum effect, drink 3 to 5 cups a day.
