Coriolus (turkey tail mushroom, Coriolus versicolor) was a highly valued remedy at the Chinese imperial court, especially for its vitalising effect, as it has a positive impact on both body and mind.
Given its content of many types of specific beta-glucans, it can be said that, according to traditional medicine, the most significant effect of turkey tail or Coriolus lies in its help in treating cancer (as with most other vital mushrooms). From the Chinese perspective, cancer is in fact simply an imbalance of the body. For example, in Korea Coriolus turkey tail supplements the treatment of 70% of all cancer patients.
It can be said that the Coriolus mushroom, or turkey tail, scans the body and destroys everything in it, that doesn't belong there.
Coriolus is also the only vital mushroom used in practice for acute conditions caused by external infection.

Dosage for cats and dogs:
Animal weight Dose
- < 10 kg 1 capsule/day
- 10 to 20 kg 2 capsules/day
- 20 to 30 kg 3 capsules/day
- > 30 kg 4 capsules/day
Method of use: whole capsules can be taken, or the contents of the capsule can be sprinkled into the feed.
It is recommended to take it for 5 days a week and skip 2 days.
